Cut-Ready Files.
Not Just Vectors.

Production-ready files for cutting and engraving — not just vectors.

Sticker / Vinyl CNC / Laser

Export cut-ready SVG/DXF for plotters, and stroke-only engraving lines for laser/CNC.

Convert raster images to production-grade SVG, DXF, and EPS. Validated for cutting machines, not just screens.

Two production modes

Choose the workflow you need — Lumekon generates geometry designed for cutting and engraving workflows.

🎨 Sticker / Vinyl

  • Full-color SVG (clean layers)
  • Detailed cut file for plotters (Cricut/Silhouette)
  • Solid backing shape (outer silhouette)
Best for stickers, vinyl decals, print-and-cut.
Try Sticker mode

🔥 CNC / Laser

  • Engrave output = stroke-only vector lines
  • No overlaps (planarized geometry)
  • Kerf compensation in mm (optional)
Best for laser engraving, inlays, CNC cutting workflows.
Try CNC/Laser mode

Laser-ready by design

No Overlap Cuts
Prevents double-cutting and broken inlays.
Stroke-only Engraving
What you see is what the laser traces.
Kerf Compensation
Better fits with real material burn width.

Your SVG Looks Perfect.
Your Cutter Disagrees.

Most vectorizers optimize for display. Cutting machines have different rules. Run a free preflight check to see what's actually in your file.

Shapes cut as solid blobs

Inner details and holes disappear because paths aren't properly separated.

Aa

Text merges into unreadable shapes

Letters fuse together when fonts are converted without path cleanup.

Duplicate and overlapping paths

The cutter traces the same line twice, causing burn marks or double cuts.

DXF curves become jagged segments

Smooth arcs convert to straight lines, ruining the final product.

Too many nodes slow down the machine

Unoptimized paths contain thousands of unnecessary points.

Looks fine on screen, fails on the mat

Preview software doesn't simulate actual cutting behavior.

Three Steps to Cut-Ready Output

1

Upload Your Image

PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG. Up to 12 MP.

2

Analyze & Validate

Lumekon analyzes the image, separates layers, generates vector output, and reports cutting-specific issues.

3

Export Production Files

Download SVG, DXF, EPS, or PDF. Each file includes a validation summary.

Built for Production

Not just another vectorizer. A complete preparation pipeline.

Cut-Ready Validation

Every file is checked against real cutting requirements:

  • Closed paths (no open endpoints)
  • Separated inner shapes (holes stay holes)
  • Overlapping or duplicate geometry detection
  • Node count flagged against machine limits
  • Winding direction checks for fill areas

If something fails validation, you'll know before the blade touches the material.

Silhouette + Layered Output

Every conversion produces two outputs:

  • Silhouette: A single, clean outline for die-cutting, vinyl, or laser work.
  • Layered SVG: Separate color layers for multi-material or print-then-cut workflows.

No manual layer splitting. No guessing which path is which.

DXF Quality Control

DXF is the standard for CNC and laser — but most converters produce broken files:

  • Arcs converted to line segments
  • Coordinates shifted or inverted
  • Layers flattened into one mess

Lumekon exports true arc geometry and validates DXF against AutoCAD-compatible standards.

Vectorized vs. Production-Validated

"Vectorized" means the image was traced into paths.
"Production-validated" means those paths have been inspected for cutting risks.

Who Uses Lumekon

Etsy SVG Sellers

Designers selling digital cut files on Etsy, Creative Market, or their own shops.

  • Fewer refunds — Fewer complaints about Cricut and Silhouette compatibility
  • Fewer support requests — Customers don't need to clean up your files
  • Consistent output — Every file follows the same production standard

Print, Laser & Vinyl Shops

Production shops handling customer files or preparing jobs for cutting.

  • Less manual cleanup — Reduce rework before every job
  • Predictable turnaround — Review issues before the machine runs
  • Time saved — Spend time cutting, not troubleshooting

Design & Ad Agencies

Teams delivering assets that will be manufactured by third parties.

  • Production-validated handoff — Deliver files vendors can actually use
  • Fewer revision rounds — Avoid "please resend" emails
  • Professional standard — Your files reflect your quality

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my files work with Cricut and Silhouette?

Yes. Lumekon outputs standard SVG files compatible with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and other major cutting software.

Does this work for laser cutters?

Yes. DXF and SVG exports are optimized for laser and CNC workflows, including proper arc geometry and layer separation.

What file formats can I upload?

PNG, JPG, WebP, and SVG. Up to 12 MP. Transparent backgrounds are supported.

What file formats can I export?

SVG, DXF, EPS, and PDF. All formats are generated from the same validated source.

How is this different from a free online vectorizer?

Most vectorizers trace the image and stop. Lumekon validates the output for cutting issues, and the optional optimizer can apply changes with your consent.

Can I upload multiple files at once?

Yes. Batch upload is available on Creator and Studio plans.

What happens to my files after upload?

Files are processed on secure servers and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not store, share, or reuse uploaded content.

Why do some DXF files fail on my machine?

Many converters export arcs as straight-line segments or produce geometry that doesn't follow DXF standards. Lumekon preserves true arcs and validates DXF structure before export.
