General
What is Lumekon?
Lumekon is a tool for preparing cutting files. It includes a free SVG Validator that inspects SVGs for cutting risks, and paid features for converting images and exporting production formats (SVG, DXF, EPS).
What cutting machines does Lumekon support?
Output files are designed to be compatible with most major cutting machines, including Cricut, Silhouette, Brother, laser cutters, and CNC routers. The SVG Validator checks for issues that commonly cause problems with these machines; results still depend on the file and your machine settings.
Do I need an account to use the validator?
No, the SVG Validator is completely free and works without an account. You only need an account if you want to convert images or use the optimizer.

What does the validator check?
The validator checks structure and geometry issues such as open paths, missing viewBox, unconverted text, excessive node counts, and other risks that can cause cutting problems. It does not modify your file.
What do the grades mean?
Files are graded A-F based on cutting readiness. An "A" grade indicates lower risk; lower grades indicate issues that may need attention. Validation does not guarantee cutting results.
Image Conversion (Paid)
What image formats can I convert?
You can upload PNG, JPG, and other common raster formats. The conversion works best with clean, high-contrast images.
What output formats are available?
Free users get watermarked SVG exports. Paid users (Day Pass, Creator, Studio) get watermark-free SVG plus DXF and EPS exports.
Can I adjust the conversion results?
Yes, paid users can recalculate with different settings (color selection, merge threshold, vector mode) to fine-tune the output.
Does the optimizer change my file?
The optimizer is a paid, user-initiated tool. It can apply actions like duplicate removal, group cleanup, and node reduction when you choose to run it. The validator itself never modifies files.
Pricing & Plans
What's included in the Day Pass?
The Day Pass (€5) is a one-time purchase that gives you 24 hours of full access: watermark-free outputs, DXF/EPS exports, the SVG Optimizer, and version history.
What happens after the Day Pass expires?
After 24 hours, paid features (optimizer, exports, versions) are locked again. The free SVG Validator remains available. Files are retained for about 7 days from upload, regardless of plan.
How is Day Pass different from subscriptions?
Day Pass is a one-time 24-hour access window. Creator and Studio are subscriptions with continuous access while active. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Account page or the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Technical issues are always addressed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Technical
How long are my files stored?
Uploaded files and conversion outputs are stored temporarily (about 7 days) and then deleted. We recommend downloading your files promptly. Files are used only for processing and are not shared or reused.
Is my data secure?
