1. Service Description

Lumekon provides SVG validation and image-to-vector conversion services for cutting machine workflows. Our service includes:

• Free SVG Validator for inspecting cutting compatibility (inspection only)
• Image to SVG/DXF/EPS conversion (paid feature)
• SVG Optimizer for user-initiated file changes (paid feature)

2. User Responsibilities

Content Ownership

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading files, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content, or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The content is not illegal or harmful

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Resell access to the service without authorization

3. Service Limitations

Our conversion service processes images to create vector files suitable for cutting machines. However:

• Results depend on input image quality and complexity
• We cannot guarantee that every output will work perfectly with every cutting machine
• Users should test outputs with their specific equipment

The SVG Validator inspects files and reports issues; it does not modify files. Optimizer changes occur only when initiated by the user.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Paid Services

Day Pass

The Day Pass is a one-time purchase and provides 24 hours of access to paid features from the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions (Creator, Studio) renew automatically. You can cancel anytime through your account or the Stripe billing portal. Access remains until the end of your billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumekon shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages resulting from use of converted files

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
